Richard Kopchinski started Dream Decks small in 1985 and grew slowly and steadily for the first decade. He incorporated in 1995 and added a second division-deck maintenance-to his deck construction company, which continues to grow.

Rich’s Dream Decks is the original Dream Decks Designs, and uses advanced building techniques combined with unique design concepts ensuring your deck, gazebo, sunroom, arbor, pergola, outdoor kitchen and patio is one-of-a-kind, perfectly matching your unique, individual vision.

“I have seen many changes in the industry in my 25 years,” Rich says. “People now use their decks and outdoor spaces as major additions to their houses. Outdoor kitchens are full and stocked with every amenity.”
